By accessing or using BespokeCV (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

BespokeCV provides AI-powered resume building and tailoring services. The Service analyzes your GitHub contributions and professional history to generate customized resumes for job applications.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service
  • One person may not maintain multiple free accounts

4. Payments and Refunds

  • All purchases are one-time payments, not subscriptions
  • Prices are in USD and subject to change with notice
  • Credits do not expire and are non-transferable
  • Refunds may be issued within 7 days if the Service has not been used
  • We reserve the right to refuse refunds for abuse

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Provide false or misleading information in your resume
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or copy the Service
  • Resell or redistribute generated content commercially
  • Use automated systems to access the Service (scraping, bots)
  • Circumvent rate limits or security measures

6. Intellectual Property

  • You retain ownership of your personal information and resume content
  • We grant you a license to use generated resumes for personal job applications
  • BespokeCV retains ownership of the Service, algorithms, and branding
  • You may not claim AI-generated content as solely your own creation

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee that generated resumes will result in job interviews or offers. Resume effectiveness depends on many factors beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BESPOKECV SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the dashboard settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
